THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant with some customer service experience. You will be working alongside our operations manager in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment requiring effective multi-tasking and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. This role links operational activity to finance functions and would be suited to an individual enthusiastic about improving and maintaining departmental standards and processes.

  • Supporting Trade & Logistics in UK, Europe and RoW.
  • Data Entry of sales orders via in-house systems.
  • Monitoring data integrity, identifying errors and updating data on the in-house system.
  • Provide customer service support through multiply sale channels via telephone and email, executing customer resolution.
  • Reconciling and produce customer accounts monthly.
  • Oversea deliveries, backorders and returns and issuing invoices and other financial documents daily.
  • Manage sampling campaigns with marketing, PR and sale departments.
  • Support Design and VM department on logistics with trade show & exhibitions.
